Pre-Consultation: You will tell me a bit about yourself, your goals, skills and what you hope to achieve. I am willing to sign a NDA if you are concerned about security. I may have some questions for you, but once I feel like I can help you, and we will agree to a written path starting with Session 1 so you understand the time-frame, cost and deliverables from myself. If everyone is on the same page; I will then request payment through an invoice (prepaid terms), along with several days/times that work for you to have an online consultation via Google Meets. Each Session will have an intro brief so you understand the content and can ask questions before committing. Because Session 2 builds off of Session 1, they must be completed in order.

 

All terms are prepaid unless mutually agreed upon. I accept payment through ACH, Personal Check (Funds must clear prior to Workshop beginning), Zelle , CashApp or any other payment mechanism that doesn't charge fees for the transaction. I will invoice you ahead of time and issue a receipt once paid.

 

Generally, each Session has the following time needed, and the cost.

Session 1-Holistic Property Planning: 10 hours minimum for the presentation with 2 to 4 hours of discussion, $1,200 which includes an interactive presentation, discussion and homework/action steps. You will have a completed property design. If you have additional questions related to Session 1 once completed, I can provide additional time for you. Billed at $100/hour in 30 minute increments.

Session 2-Support Systems: 5 hours minimum, $500 which includes an interactive presentation and discussion. If you have additional questions related to Session 1 or 2 once completed, I can provide additional time for you. Billed at $100/hour in 30 minute increments.​
